Instagram plans to introduce a new feature for comments to improve user experience. Adam Mosseri, the company's president, stated in his statement via Threads that this new feature aims at user experience. It turned out that there was a detail that they would pay attention to when activating the Dislike feature. As is the current policy of YouTube, the Dislike count of a comment will not be public and no one will be able to see which comment was disliked by whom, but over time the algorithm will start to drop the comments with the most dislikes down the rankings.
