Carousel Sharing Update Has Arrived on Instagram!

Instagram continues to make updates to new sharing sizes one after another after the sharing size update it made in 2025.

The new update to Instagram is news we have all been waiting for a long time. The new update is for Instagram users who like to share carousels the most but do not like the feature of all the images to be shared there being the same size :) Let's take a look at the new feature together.

First of all, if you want to share more than one (multiple) image on your Instagram page but want each image to have a different size, this new update is for you. The images you will use in your carousel shares no longer have to be the same size. Some of the images can be vertical, some horizontal and some square.

Click on sharing a post from your Instagram profile. From there, click on the photos you want to add bed or vertical and continue. Our new feature is here. You will see four square lines in the lower left corner. When you click there, if you select the original, that is, mixed mode, you can share different sizes in the same carousel share. If you select the vertical size instead of mixed, all photos will appear vertically in 4:5 size. If you select square, they will appear square.

We have always said that this feature is necessary. We think it will be useful for pages as well.
